Prop List

Leanne and Ben's car
When Rachel turns to Leanne to help her, they go and spy on Ben to see if he is really working overtime with Savannah. We will use Laura and Byron's car, the scene will appear to be filmed from the back of Leanne's car, as Rachel and Leanne begin to follow Ben home from work.

Cups of tea
When Leanne and Rachel first meet up, they meet in a cafe. Rachel is late but leanne has already bought cups of tea. This is to show that the two are already comfortable with each other, as they are old friends. It also softens the atmosphere of the scene, making it feel less formal and more relaxed and makes it seem more realistic.

Folder + pen
Again, in the scene where Leanne and Rachel meet in the cafe on the table is some of Leanne's work. This helps to show that she leads a busy work life, also, it helps put across the fact that she is much more of a formal business woman than Rachel is.

Mobile phones
Ben, Leanne and Rachel all use their mobile phones in our film. Ben's phone is used at the beginning when Rachel tries to go through his text messages, and then Rachel and Leanne both use their's in the phone conversation when they arrange to meet up.

Computer
When Rachel first gets in touch with Leanne, we see a two way phone conversation, and Leanne is in her office. She is sat at a computer desk, on the screen at first she has some photographs open. This is to show the type of work she does. Then as the phone rings she minimizes the screen and her desktop background is on display. It shows her company logo, which again gives the audience an idea of her job.

Takeaway food
When Rachel goes to Leanne's house to review what she has seen they have a takeaway and some wine. I think this will help create the image of Rachel being paranoid, and comfort eating while she spies on her innocent boyfriend. It also helps represent the friendship between the two of them. The evening is an idea of Leanne's which I think helps portray her feminism. It sets a relaxed atmosphere to a scene that would be otherwise really tense, and I think is typical of this type of film.

Ring
The climax of the film comes when we discover that actually Ben hadn't been cheating on Rachel, but he'd been arranging their engagement. When she arrives where they arranged to meet, Ben is stood with the ring in one hand and his phone showing the message ending their relationship in the other.
